Seamless Lining

The Showa 541 Palm Plus Gloves feature a seamless HPPE (high performance polyethylene) lining that is protective, flexible, light and durable. This HPPE lining is resistant to cutting and offers more resistance to abrasion than para-aramid.

What Cut Resistance Do These Oil-Resistant Gloves Provide?

Tested to provide a level B cut resistance score, these gloves offer protection of force up to 5 newtons against straight blade cuts, making them suitable for applications where there is a moderate risk of cuts.

PU coated gloves have been relied on in the safety gloves industry for years for their good touch sensitivity, breathability, dexterity, and even low particulate shed, which prevents cross contamination. This coating ensures gloves grip well even in damp conditions without getting stuck , and have good tensile strength and abrasion resistance.

Anatomical Design

Maximising flexibility and comfort, the Showa 541 Gloves are anatomically designed. The microporous material of the lining achieves a well ventilated glove, which minimises hand perspiration, while the elasticated cuff at the wrists of these gloves ensure unrestricted movement.

Colour-Coded Cuffs

Each size of these gloves will feature a different cuff trim colour. This makes it easy to identify which size you are using at a glance, and improves the speed of size identification for easy selection on site.

Care Instructions

• Do not use in cases of chemical, electrical or thermal risk
• Highly traction-resistant gloves, do not use if there is risk of being caught up in moving machines
• Store away from light and humidity
• Wash at 40°C max, using a neutral detergent
• Do not use with chemicals other than those tested without prior trials
• Performance levels as per standard EN 388 retained after three washes, subject to variations linked to actual usage conditions
