SIZING OF THE PENTA ARMOR 1010 ARM SLEEVE

Wearing the correct size of arm sleeve will provide the most effective level of protection. To measure the sleeve length required, measure the distance from the prominent bone in the centre of the back of the neck, across the shoulder, over the bent elbow, and down to the wrist bone.

EN 388

EN 388 is a European regulation governing the sale of garments used for safety and protection. It determines the fabrics’ performance when used for protection against mechanical machinery by measuring for abrasion, cut, tear and puncture resistance.

The EN 388 cut resistance test uses a single sharp implement to repeatedly pressure a garment in order to determine the amount of force required to cause visible and functional damage.

Incredible Level F Resistance

Every year millions are spent on covering hospital and medical fees resulting from avoidable cut related workplace accidents. Level F resistance means a sharp blade would have to exert over 30 newtons of downward force to cause fabric damage to this sleeve. That’s the difference between serious, life threatening injury and a blade getting jammed in between strong, resistant fibres.

High Visibility

The Arm Sleeve features a high-visibility colour scheme. The bright green hi-vis material allows the sleeve to be more easily seen, making it more practical for use in darker environments. This will help to eliminate the risk of receiving cuts and abrasions when handling sharp objects.

Launderable and Breathable

Washing your sleeve after use couldn’t be easier. Simply machine wash on a cool water cycle for use over and over again. We recommend you turn the sleeve inside out to avoid damage to your drier/washing machine.

How Securely Does a HexArmor Sleeve Fit?

The Penta Armor 1010 Arm Sleeve is designed to fit securely on the arm. When the correct size is worn, it is unlikely to fall or slip down the arm.
